MESSA
Since the 1885 Vintage. This wine comes from the late harvesting of Daboky and Jandaky white grapes which are selected after a special selection.
This wine is matured for twelve months in Italian Oak casks

MALVASIA
Produced from specially selected Cremisan Malvasia white grapes grown in the mountains of Bethlehem and picked under the supervision of our expert Salesian Brothers.
Aging in Oak barrels for one year.

Average baume: >13o
Alcohol: 12.5% by volume
bottled in 750cc
Taste: medium-sweet

CHARDONNAY  
Produced from specially selected Chardonnay grapes grown in the plains of the Holy Land, west of Jerusalem in “Beit Jemal-Salesian Agricultural school” and picked under the supervision of our expert Salesian Brothers.
Aging in Oak barrels for a minimum of one year.

Alcohol: 12.5%
bottled in 750 cc
Vintage: 2004
Grapes: Chardonnay
Storage: 2 year in stainless steel or/and (vasca) old Italian Traditional storage
Average baume: >12.5o and PH <3.4
Taste: dry
