CHARDONNAY Produced from specially selected Chardonnay grapes grown in the plains of the Holy Land, west of Jerusalem in “Beit Jemal-Salesian Agricultural school” and picked under the supervision of our expert Salesian Brothers. Aging in Oak barrels for a minimum of one year.
