CABERNET
Produced from specially selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the plains of “Beit Jmal“, west of Jerusalem and picked under the supervision of our expert Salesian Brothers .
The Oak barrels make the Cabernet Savignon a very special red dry wine.
Aging in Oak barrels for one year.

CARIGNANO
Mediterranian red wine; it has a soft and mature bouquet with a very deep long-lasting taste.
Produced from 100% Carignano grapes.
Aging in Oak barrels for one year.

DAVID’S TOWER
Produced from a mixture of specially selected Balady local grapes and Alicante grapes grown in the mountains of Bethlehem.
Fruity and fine bouquet with a delicate spicy after-taste. Made from Balady Asmar (local grapes).
Aging in Oak barrels for one year.

Made from Carignan and Alicante and Argaman only.
Aging in barrels for a minimum of two years.

VECCHIO ROSSO
Produced from a mixture of specially selected Carignan and Melot grapes grown in the plains of the Holyland. After a long fermentation, it settles in big Oak casks for a minimum of five years. Made from Balady Asmar (local grapes) and Caberent.
